Coed Y Brenin forest is run by Forest Enterprise and is a network of MTB
single track and double-track with many of the downhill singletrack's being
one way and mountain bike only. The characteristic downhill is very rocky
with much of the trail man-made and often steep and technical. There are
trails to suit beginners but from the red bull on upwards they are more
suited to intermediate and expert riders.
Coed y Brenin is 10 minutes by car and can also be
reached directly by bike along a selection of quiet backroads.
